How do I reset or change my password?
Updated over a week ago

The steps required to reset or change your password will depend on how you originally signed up for Enable Us by Mindtickle:

Reset or Change Password with Email/Password

1. If you set a password when you first logged in to Enable Us by Mindtickle, you can reset or change your password from the log in page (https://web.enable.us/login) by clicking Reset here under the password field.

2. Enter your email and click 'Reset Password' to receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@enable.us.

If you originally signed in using Google or Microsoft, you will not receive an email. Click Back to Sign In and then select the Google or Microsoft button to log in.

3. Click on the button to Reset Password in the email sent to your inbox.

4. Set your new password and click Save New Password. You will be redirected into the platform. Be sure to use your login and new password to log in next time.

Reset or Change Password from Single Sign On (SSO)

1. If you signed up for Enable Us by Mindtickle using Single Sign On (SSO), you will need to manage your password in Google or Microsoft depending on your identity provider.

When you click on the Google or Microsoft buttons to log in, you will be prompted to select your Google or Microsoft account. If you do not remember your password for Google or Microsoft, please reach out to your internal IT administrator.

Change Login from SSO to Email/Password

1. If you decide you want to stop using Google or Microsoft SSO and use a password instead, you can update this by clicking on your avatar/initials in the top right and navigating to Personal Settings.

2. Under Account, you'll see the option to click Change Password and be prompted to set your new password.

3. Enter a new password and click Set Password to save your changes. Remember to log in using your email and password next time.

If you are still experiencing issues after following these steps, please reach out to support@enable.us.
