Add Zoom recordings to your Library and Deal Rooms with ease by following the steps below:
Installation of Zoom Integration
1. Log in to your Enable Us account.
2. Click on your avatar or initials in the top right to go to Personal Settings > Integrations.
3. Click 'Connect' to the right of the Zoom integration.
4. Log into your Zoom account if you aren't already logged in and click 'Authorize' to approve the connection.
You can also make the initial connection directly while going through the flow of adding Zoom content into the Library or Rooms.
Using Zoom Integration
To upload content to the Library:
1. Click the 'Upload Content' button and then select the 'Zoom' tile.
2. Select any files you would like to upload and then click the 'Select' button.

To upload content to the Room:

3. Update the Content name if desired, select the section to add the Zoom recording into, and then click to 'Upload'.
Uninstallation of Zoom
1. Log in to your Enable Us account.
2. Click on your avatar or initials in the top right to go to Personal Settings > Integrations.
3. Under the Zoom icon, click on 'Disconnect' next to your email.
Troubleshooting
1. We only show files that have been recorded to the Cloud. If you recorded a meeting on your computer, you'll need to upload it from your computer instead of from the Zoom integration.
2. When selecting a Zoom recording, the "Recent" tab shows up to 10 files. If you have more than 10 files, and you can't find your recording, try finding it on the "All files" tab.
3. We only show recordings from the past month. If you need to upload a recording from over a month ago, you'll need to download it from Zoom directly, and then upload it from your device.
